What You Will Need:

- patterned paper strips
- paper circles for fins and tail
- papier mache paste
- plastic, movable eyes
- fish line or thread to hang
- bowl to hold the balloon
- scissors
- single hole paper punch
- coat hanger and clothespins to suspend the fish for drying

6. Pop the balloon and add the finishing details. Use a drinking glass or another circle template to cut circles from the patterned paper. This is a great craft to make! My sister and I made a few and it turned out great! I had to use super glue on the dorsal fin but other than that it was very fun! I love this craft!!
my kids and I make the googly eyes ourselves, we use large bubble wrap (one bubble for each eye. Cut a tiny slit in side of the bubble and insert little dots (from a hole punch) in each eye. They love doing this and they make the colors they want
Love this idea. I'll use this tip soon myself, I'm sure. Thanks for sharing.
