This is a good Easter craft project
for kids - basically, all you need are pencils and pom poms!
Easter Bunny Pencil Toppers
Supplies:
pencils
pom poms - 1 large and 2 medium white, plus 1 small pink pompom
ribbon - color appropriate for a boy or girl
optional - milk cap for the boy
heart beads for the girl
white chenille stems or pipe cleaners
2 google eyes
tacky glue
black paint
felt or fabric, suitable for boy or girl

Make Easter Bunny Pencil Toppers
Instructions:
1. Glue your big white pompom onto the pencil. Take the two white medium pompoms and glue them together, then glue the pink pom pom on top of the two white pompoms. Glue these to the big white pompom. This forms the bunny's mouth and nose.
2. Glue the google eyes in place.
3. Make a loop from a pipe cleaner, suitable to use as an ear shape. Cut off the remaining pipe cleaner and use this piece to make a matching loop. Cut two pieces of felt or fabric to match these loops and glue on the back of each one. These are the bunny's ear. Glue the ears in place on top of the pompom head.
4. If you are making a boy bunny, paint the milk cap black and when the paint has dried, make a slit on one side then glue onto one of the bunny's ears.
5. If you are making a girl bunny, glue two heart beads to the ears.
6. Make a ribbon bow with tails for the girl or make a bow tie for the boy and glue it to the pencil under the bunny head.

what if people dont have the supplies to make ANY of these crafts.Try thinking a little!!!!

I know it is frustrating when you don't have the supplies to make something - but think of it as an opportunity to be creative. The Origami Bunny is made from a small square of paper, and there are tons of other crafts on the site that use reycled materials.
