  How to Crochet a Horse or Unicorn
I have removed the horse and unicorn pattern previously featured on this page (pictured at left) after finding out that the pattern, as submitted to me, was virtually the same as a pattern designed by Fran Goreham in 2003. Fran's pattern, called Clop and Ali, was featured in the June 2004 issue of Crochet World.
I know many people will be disappointed that the pattern is gone, because Fran is a talented designer and her horse and unicorn were cute and universally engaging. However, we now have a free pattern to make a Crocheted Toy Pony, (shown at right), complete with saddle and halter, which is sure to warm the heart of all horse lovers.
