Materials List:

  • # 10 crochet thread
  • Size 10 steel crochet hook
  • Tapestry needle
  • Size approx. 16" x 16"

    Instructions:

    CH 214

    Row 1:
    DC in 4th ch from hook, dc in each ch across (foundation row), ch 3, turn

    Row 2:
    Dc in each of next 3 dc. (Closed block made.)

    Ch 2, skip next 2 dc, dc in next dc (Open block made)

    ...Follow graph until completed.

    I'm trying to make it for my friend as a X-mas gift, but the size I'm getting at is 22x22. I'm using the same size hook and thread. Am I doing something wrong or is the approximate size on your chart wrong? Thank you for your help

    How is the best way to resize the beagle pattern.
    I am interested in this pattern but would prefer a 8X10 instead of the size it is.

    I have tried to print this pattern but not successful. Is there someway of obtaining it. It is a very cute pattern too.

    Did you try the Printer Friendly link at the top of the article? I just tested it and it worked fine for me. You could also save the beagle pattern image to your own computer and print it from there.

    somebody could print out the pattern(s) for you and send them by mail to you. If you can't print it out, you may be able to print it off your e-mail.

    This is a beautiful pattern! I love it! I will crochet it in solid using different colors! I think the Latch hook would be wonderful! I want to do the Tiger also! Thanks againfor giving us this patterns!
