Little Crocheted Ladybug Pattern

This pattern to make a stuffed ladybug toy is rated as easy by the author.

Materials:

Crochet Hook size E, or size needed for 5-6 sc x5-6 rows = 1" x 1"
Lily Sugar 'n Cream in red and black
Black felt
Polymer clay or material desired for eyes
Polyester fiberfill

Body:

1. (in black) sc 6 in magic ring, sl st to close round
2. ch. 1, sc in same, (sc 2 in 1) around, sl st to close round
3. ch. 1, sc 1, sc 2 in 1, (sc 1, sc 2 in 1) around, sl st to close round
4. ch. 1, sc 2, sc 2 in 1, (sc 3, sc 2 in 1) around, sl st to close round
5. ch. 1, sc 3, sc 2 in 1, (sc 4, sc 2 in 1) around, sl st to close round
6. (switch to red) ch. 1, sc around, sl st to close round
7. same as 6
8. ch. 1, sc 3, sc 1 in 2, (sc 4, sc 1 in 2) around, sl st to close round
9. ch. 1, sc 2, sc 1 in 2, (sc 3, sc 1 in 2) around, sl st to close round
10. ch. 1, sc 1, sc 1 in 2, (sc 2, sc 1 in 2) around, sl st to chose round
11. ch. 1, (sc 1 in 2) around, sl st to close round. Stitch closed. Fasten off.

Antenna:

ch 4, st st across. Fasten off.

What is the finished size of the ladybug. I didn't see at what point do you stuff the ladybug with the fiber.

I think it is wonderful to have free patterns to chose from on the internet instead of having to shop all over town because I live 20 miles away. We also do no have a good variety of things to chose from.
