Wheat Germ Facial Scrub

A mild facial scrub made from all natural botanical ingredients that gently exfoliates normal or sensitive skin.

Wheat Germ Facial Scrub

• 1/4 cup of wheat germ
• 1/4 cup of oatmeal
• 1/4 cup cornmeal
• optional: 1 tbsp of chamomile flowers or chamomile flower tea

Blend all ingredients in a food processor to the consistency of mealy powder. Store in a glass jar with a tight fighting lid or cork. Use once or twice a week.

To Use:

Place two teaspoons of facial scrub mix in the palm of your hand. Mix in a little bit of water to make a paste. Dab onto face with your fingers and gently work around your face in soft circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Rinse well with water.
