Here are some tried-and-true candy corn recipes from some of the best food and recipe sources on the net. I've included candy corn fudge, candy corn cookies, and Halloween candy corn bark.

How to Make Candy Corn Fudge

This video shows a quick and easy way to make the About.com version of candy corn fudge.

Purists might argue that this particular recipe isn't fudge at all, as it consists entirely of white chocolate chips, ready-made icing, and food coloring. But there a many variations of this "candy corn fudge recipe" out there, so it's a popular one.

Basically, one third of the first two ingredients are combined, then mixed with food coloring to make the base. This is repeated, to get a yellow layer. The top layer is white. Once cool, the fudge is divided into squares, with a piece of candy corn atop of each square. Fudge or not, the effect is very pretty, as you can see here.

Vanilla Butterscotch Candy Corn Fudge

Pillsbury has a recipe for this crowd-pleasing Vanilla Butterscotch Candy Corn Fudge, which uses two tubs of ready-to-spread frosting, vanilla chocolate chips, and a bag of butterscotch chips.

Fudgy Candy Corn Fudge

Over on the TasteandTell blog, you'll find this recipe for a traditional Fudgy Candy Corn Fudge, shown at right, which is a more traditional chocolate fudge with candy corn incorporated in it. Save lots of candy corn for sprinkling on top!

Butter Cookie Candy Corn

From LandofLakes Test Kitchen, see how to make the Sparkling Candy Corn Cookies, pictured at right, on YouTube. Just so you know, a basic butter cookie dough is used here as the base, but the dough recipe itself is not provided; instead, the video shows how to color the dough, then assemble the candy corn cookies. The sparkle is achieved by rolling each cookie, while still warm from the oven, in white sugar.

Either of these cookie recipes would work well for entertaining, or to make cute homemade gifts. Simply wrap cookies in cellophane and trim with curling ribbon, as shown at right.

Halloween Candy Corn Bark

This video, uploaded to YouTube by usafireandrescue, is entitled How to Make Halloween Bark Recipe. It's a bit of a giggle, with the presenter in costume, and a visit from the wicked witch at the end. The actual recipe for Candy Corn Bark begins with a bag of Halloween-colored Oreo cookies, roughly broken into quarters, then topped with salted pretzels, and melted white chocolate. The crowning touch, of course - a scattering of candy corn pressed into the chocolate. Easy to assemble, and a pretty sweet and salty treat for parties.
