Celebrate Crafting Month ...
 March is National Crafting Month, so what better time to learn a new crafting skill, or revive your interest in old favourites?
We also have some fun ideas and crafts for St. Patrick's Day, on March 17th.
Creative Commons Crochet
Each of the talented designers behind these great crochet patterns has been generous enough to release the patterns under a Creative Commons license.
I've also obtained permission from them to feature more of their wonderful crochet creations, so look for new additions to our Free Crochet Patterns very soon!
To get you started, check out the Amigurumi Teddy - a cute little bear standing all of four inches high.
On the right, is a very pretty Raspberry Tam Beret which, of course, you can work up in any color, and a very feminine Flower Necklace that is perfect to coordinate with your spring or summer wardrobe.

Sew an easy scalloped valance with step-by-step instructions and diagrams. |  Lace Pillow
Sew a feminine lace-covered pillow, embellished with lace, eyelet and ribbon trims. |  Heart Applique Pillow
Put your heart into it; sew a pillow with pretty heart appliques. |
