Pick up a colorful bag of pompoms, in assorted sizes, to make some fluffy pompom critters like the ones shown here. These are easy crafts to do by yourself, but they are also lots of fun to make with friends.

Pompom Caterpillars

Creepy crawly caterpillars to make from six pompoms, in any color you like. Try a multi-colored caterpillar for variety, by gluing together six pompoms of different colors.

Pompom Ladybugs

Everyone’s favorite bug - made from red and black pompoms in assorted sizes.

Pompom Chicks or Baby Birds

Although the pompom chicks were originally an Easter project, there’s no reason you couldn’t make them into other baby birds with pompoms of another color. What about a baby bluebird or a bright red cardinal?
