Decorated Trinket Boxes

Here’s a great way to recycle broken egg shells - glue them to a small trinket box with decoupage medium, then create a faux mother-of-pearl finish with paint. The texture can be as coarse, or as fine, as you like - it depends on how well you break up the eggshells. Adding multiple coats of paint also smoothes out the final finish.
