Valentine Pencils

Decorating pencils for Valentine’s Day is a creative group craft for students, home schoolers, Sunday school or parties – just provide the kids with a choice of the basic supplies and let them have at it.

With the supplies on hand, these decorated pencils can be made in under half an hour, so the kids can take home their creations for distribution on Valentine’s Day.

Since the pencils resemble a cupid’s arrow, you could use a single pencil to intersect a small heart wreath, or incorporate several decorated pencils by inserting them among the greenery or silk flowers of a larger wreath.
