Here’s how to make your Valentine a beautiful bouquet of chocolate rosebud kisses. Once you’ve made one or two of the cellophane wrapped roses, you’ll be able to make the entire bouquet quite quickly. The main supplies are Hershey kisses, red cellophane, chenille stems and green florist’s wrap - all of which are readily available at dollar stores or craft stores.
