Free Christmas Printables

I’ve added lots of free Christmas printables to my new directory of favorite craft links.  My interest in this goes back to my childhood, when much of the delight leading up to Christmas involved simple activities like making paper chains or coloring Christmas scenes. 

You’ll find a wide variety of free printable Christmas cards, Christmas party invitations, gift tags and recipe cards, plus Christmas theme printables for children, including the paper snowman shown at right, from our sister site, http://www.allfreeprintables.com, which also has a printable Christmas activity booklet.  This prints on just one page, but folds cleverly into a multi-page mini book with a Christmas crossword, word search, coloring page and spot the differences puzzle. 

I’ve found a few more useful links - for users of Microsoft Word or Microsoft Office, there are free printable greeting card templates and holiday stationery to download and personalize on your computer. 

Although I haven’t tried these, I really like the look of the printable Christmas ornaments and gift boxes from Shala. For children, try printing some or all of these simple paper Christmas decorations - the kids can cut them out and glue them together to make Christmas decorations for your Christmas tree or to string around an entire room.
